This is a  multi-strand memory wire bracelet with a southwestern cowgirl style.  Each strand is just a little different but they share common elements such as the seed bead colors and star shapes, in both metallic and wood tones. For accents there are the classic Howdy, cowboy hat and charm heart locket (this does open but you will need something tiny, tiny, tiny to fit inside). 
For those not familiar, the coil memory wire bracelet is one continuous strand that gives the appearance of several bangles.  Think of it as a ornately beaded slinky.  There are no clasps but since it is spring-like you can just coil it on your wrist.   
This bracelet is approx 2" across.
