Free Shipping 2025
Available on orders $89.00 and over that ship to continental USA only. You must choose the "free shipping" on checkout page, the cart will not automatically do this. If, instead, you click on a particular carrier, it will override Free Shipping and the cart will charge for the chosen service.
Free Shipping Carriers : The shipping carrier/service will be designated after your order has packed. You will be sent tracking confirmation email. All products on the website (inc. sale items) count towards the 89.00 threshold with the exception of those in the "Unique Cowboy Christmas" category because those artist made and require special shipping / packing and often ship in their own box. Most often the carrier will be USPS Ground Advantage.
Sending a gift?
All packages are sent with no-price packing list with the ship to information only ( your name will not appear). If you wish no slip at all or a gift tag (free) please let us know via the order comments box on the checkout page.
In almost every order we ship out we wrap the contents in bubble wrap (if needed) and then in brown tissue paper and tie it up with string. In case you are wondering, yes, this was inspired by the song.
I say "almost" because some things, due to size or shape just cannot be wrapped, such as wreaths. Often, items are group wrapped together to conserve space and offer better protection in transit.
This is free and we get a lot of Thank You notes from folks who say that this simple touch is adorable.
Packing & Tracking
When possible we do try to pack the same day as the order was placed, especially during December, but please allow a day for packing just in case. If your order is placed on a Sunday, holiday or is extra large (wreath or Santa) please allow 2 days.
When a label is printed for your box, you will get an auto generated notice with the tracking information. The tracking will not update until the carrier scans the package at their processing facility. So don't worry if you get a tracking number on Sunday but get little information when you click on the link - changes may not show up until the next evening.
Currently we ship directly only within the US. Any other country will need to use a shopping service such as Bongo or International Checkout etc….

1st Class ( USPS did away with 1st class for packages in 2023. It is now called USPS "Ground Advantage")
Ground Advantage is for all packages, poly mailers included, up to 70 Lbs. The USPS claims, but not promises, 2-5 day delivery
Special Note : Please remember- with any carrier, the services do not have guaranteed dates. Almost always, packages are delivered within the times as shown but weather and other factors can delay deliveries. Please factor in an extra day just in case.
Christmas 2025 Ship-By Dates
UPS® Holiday shipping deadlines (U.S. Domestic)
Elevated fees will take effect Sept. 28 for packages that are bulky, oversized or require additional handling. UPS will also start applying demand surcharges on Oct. 26, one of which applies to all Air, Ground Residential and Ground Saver packages. Another version of the demand surcharge targets higher-volume customers.
