1998 with 5 products.
In our efforts to be a genuine Cowboy
Christmas resource, on this website you will also find history, authentic old
west Christmas menus & recipes plus stories and crafts to help you have as
full a Cowboy Holiday as possible.
We are a small, family owned company and proud of it!
Being that we do not out-source our
customer service there a some times we are phone challenged, if our phone lines
are busy, please leave a message.
No telemarketers please. We buy nothing
over the phone, you are welcome to mail us your information.
Privacy Policy: Ours is simple. We will not sell, share, or
rent your personal information. We don't like when it happens to us, so we
won't do it to our customers.
Return Policy:
We do our best to bring you great cowboy Christmas at great prices. And we have the greatest customers on earth -
we want you to be happy. If there is a
problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our stockroom is very busy and geared for
outgoing. Unless expected, an incoming can sit for months unopened.
We are a small independent business and
hope you can understand why we cannot accept returns after the Holiday, on
decor purchased before Dec. 25th.
We have never had that problem but we are told we need to state that policy.
