This one-of-a-kind, artist made ornament is richly embellished authentic cowhide leather shaped like a Christmas bauble. The dramatic contrast of colors of horse and background shows well and the accents pieces give colorful dimension. The reverse side is black leather, the hang loop is rawhide.lacing. There are 4 in this series and each has it's own personality. This one is the Tucson Tamale and gets its name from the red chilies (upper right) and prickley pear cactus (bottom). These are fairly lightweight compared to typical resin ornaments, so they will do well on a wreath or other hanging. These are really nice and usable as western decor all year long.
