This is named "Hummingbird Star"
Each star is unique as the person wishing. This is the joyous wish.  The background is a deep brown with metallic blue splashes, the patterns are raised copper, bronze, silver and gold the star has a gold hang ribbon. If you look closely you can spot a hummingbird.  The reverse is flat solid dark brown.
