Established in 1998, North Pole West is the oldest and largest retailer of western Christmas decorative products on the planet along with a motorcycle ornament section known as Wolf's Iron Horse. In our efforts to be a full service Cowboy Christmas resource, on this website you will also find: history, authentic old west Christmas menus & recipes plus stories and crafts to help you have as full a Cowboy Holiday as possible.

We are a small, family owned company and proud of it! If our phone lines are busy, please leave a message. We do not out-source our customer service so there are only so sometimes we are phone challenged, but the good news is, chances are, when you talk with us you'll be speaking with a part-owner of the company. You are important to us.

Oro Valley Arizona Order Pick-up Option
For residents, and visitors, who would like to shop online but do not want the postage or wait for delivery, this is a good option. Just fill your cart and then on checkout page enter "ov12" as the coupon code. In comment section please let us know how you would like to be contacted when your order is available for pick-up (usually within 24-48 hours). Pick-up is located at the UPS Store at Oracle & 1st. Please keep in mind the UPS Store is just a pick up location. They know nothing about North Pole West ordering. If you have questions, you need to contact us directly. This is just a service we provide for our customers.
Important note - there are no refunds or exchanges available for this option.
